Hiya
For the last 2 weeks whenever I try to log into EE app or Website a pop up appears saying oops we are having issues please try again later.
As I say this has been going on for 2 weeks. Never had any problems for years.
Anyone else having the same issues? Ive uninstalled the app and installed it again to no avail.

@Andi2490 , have you spoken to customer service and ask them to do an account refresh? This usually resolves the problem.

Yes, quite a few people have got this issue. I phoned 150 and asked them to refresh / reset my account. They came back from tech support and said that wouldn't work and I would just need to wait until its been fixed.

I have the same issue and it's driving me mad! I get the error message in the app saying Sorry there seems to be a problem please try the website, then when you log in to the website it states it can't load this right now. I just want to log in to my account and gift some data to my child who has been without data now for 2 weeks. As the above user states that they've said you'll just have to wait until it's fixed - that's an appaulling customer service. I've worked on apps and website as part of my job and if that's the answer I gave customers I'd be fired! At least pop a message on the app/website to say there's an error! Meanwhile I'm stuck with a second mobile I can't gift data to. Argh!

I was trying to use the app/website to gift data too. When I was trying to get this fixed I called 150 and because they couldn't fix this I asked them to gift the data for me. They were able to sort it on the phone.
