I created an account by mistake, I would like to delete it without calling because I am from abroad and I have problems with the English language, I would prefer to do it through an email address or directly instead. Thank you.

You can't delete MyEE a/c's yourself. The most you can do on PAYG is to remove your no. from it.

EE provide no email contact.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

I didn't enter any data and I didn't make any purchases, I registered about an hour ago. I just created an account by mistake because I thought it was another website.
Is it possible to talk to the operator via online chat to try to remove my account at least?

Are you on contract or PAYG? There is no Live Chat for PAYG.

I don't understand what you mean, I don't have any of that. Just created an account but didn't do any contract or PAYG subscription.

Does it really matter? We've all got the odd orphaned login a/c from way back?

If it didn't matter, they wouldn't be asking would they?

Hi @ShaVerZ

Would you like to remove the details you have used to set an EE account?

Leanne.

Hi Leanne_t, I have the same problem, I have an account that is not linked to any devices, I would like to delete or disable it so I can use this email for my anothet existing profile that has linked devices.
I would be grateful for your help as soon as possible.
