I created an account by mistake, I would like to delete it without calling because I am from abroad and I have problems with the English language, I would prefer to do it through an email address or directly instead. Thank you.

You can't delete MyEE a/c's yourself. The most you can do on PAYG is to remove your no. from it.
EE provide no email contact.

I didn't enter any data and I didn't make any purchases, I registered about an hour ago. I just created an account by mistake because I thought it was another website.
Is it possible to talk to the operator via online chat to try to remove my account at least?

Are you on contract or PAYG? There is no Live Chat for PAYG.

I don't understand what you mean, I don't have any of that. Just created an account but didn't do any contract or PAYG subscription.

Does it really matter? We've all got the odd orphaned login a/c from way back?

If it didn't matter, they wouldn't be asking would they?

Hi @Aalisva1
Welcome to the community.
If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll do their best to remove those details and link to your latest account.
Chris
