I cannot link my phone to my account; which seems to be an ongoing problem - is this likely to get fixed/

I get right to link my phone and I enter the mobile number and get an error message that it has not been possible to link my phone and the choice of trying again or trying later when the error is fixed (or something like that).
I have had EE for a few years now but had never linked my phone - I want to now that I have a new phone and yes, I have just renewed my contract and upgraded my phone. Hope that makes sense.

I’m having the same problem with a new phone and account. Can’t see any of my plan or bills.

I know how eager you'll be to get this sorted so you can start to manage your account online.
Can you see an option to add your mobile number when you are signed in?
Do you have the same trouble when you use the EE app and your main account online?
