im sick of going round in a loop. 

live chat never works

pay a bill and it goes on a different number 

EE please sort this app out its horrendous

@Mand4242-  Live chat works when an agent is free to chat.   How can you pay a bill to a different number?   You choose the number you’re paying for.   But if there is more than one number on your account you’ll pay for all these contacts in one go.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Nope wrong live chat never works every time I try there is no option. I have got onto it once and then I asked 1 question and waited 20 mins with no reply so gave up and rang Ee 

I have 3 different account with 3 different account numbers and I click each account number separate but twice all payments for the account have ended up on one account so not sure why you have tried to dismiss my statement 

EE app is not fit for purpose it is useless 

I have tried to upgrade and it goes in a continual loop you keep going back to where you started

@Mand4242-  You didn’t say you had 3 separate accounts.     Just to check are you using 3 different emails addresses for each account?

Absolutly do not use 3 email addresses 

shouldn’t need to with 3 separate account numbers
