I was talked into switching from BT to EE for all services. Since then I have had 1 Email thanking me for returning my BT Kit followed by an Email stating that I would be charged £50 if I didn't return the same Kit!!! I rang 150 and was told it was a mistake and that I would not be charged. Followed by a New Bill for £50!!! It is impossible to rectify. My next trip will be to a Shop and God Help Them when I do!!!

This is BT kit not EE kit.

@NSmith2610 Why go to a store ? Its got nothing to do with the store and the store staff aren’t customer support. You have a go at them and you’ll be requested to leave the store.
