do you have email for complaints as EE has been driving me mad by taking large sums £699 - £900 from my bank account using the direct debit details. I'm a pensioner and dont understand why I keep having to raise indemnity to get money back. It's the worst company I've every brought service from and I'm fedup of all the lengthy calls and bad staff you keep texting and calling.

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
