10% discount change?

Received a text from EE today saying ‘As your mobile contract has now changed, the 10% out of contract discount has been removed‘I haven’t made any changes and my contract does not end until March 2025, does anyone know what this means?

Hello,   I have upgraded today but they say they need me to phone. I am unable to do this due to anxiety and mental health issues currently. The upfront cost has been taken. Will this be refunded or will I loose it?   Thank you
