Resolved! How to change ownership of EE account.

Hi, I would like to know how to change EE account ownership to my name, as my contract has ended and It was an account a family member got for me before I had a bank account. I wish to upgrade and get a new contract aswell.

DON'T KNOW WHY BUT EE ONLINE SITE IS BAD NEWS

Resolved! Cannot see where my tech add on ends

I got the PS5 Tech add on in July 2024 for 24 months but since upgraded my phone, will I be able to cancel or remove the tech add on separately in Jul 2026 even if my phone still continues, when my tech add on ends?
