I am now eligible to upgrade, however, when I use the app or online it says “sorry there are not suitable plans available for this device right now” on each phone I click on. Why is this? What do I need to do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see your upgrade offers. Have you tried on a couple of different devices/browsers?

Same here, the app is crap so I try on a browser but that comes up the same.
It would be nice is see some new plans before calling up

Have you tried a different browser/device?
