Since all of my mobile and broadband services were moved over to EE I have had nothing but bad service. I cannot contact anyone by phone, the live chat service doesn't work, all I want is a new EE TV box, and I am unable to contact anyone!! I am now going to cancel my direct debit, and see how long it takes for someone to contact me........

@JBR64 You do that and it’ll only affect you and your credit rating. Not sure why people think this is how to resolve an issue that has nothing todo with billing.
If you need to speak with customer service dial 150 and then option 2 listen to the options given and select the closest option to your issue.
