My EE app on my phone does not work - so I cannot find out how to find the EE Number - I cannot see it on my account via my computer either!

Hello @ECC2

Welcome to the EE Community.

What happens when you try to log in to your account?

The other option would be to give us a call on 150.

Katie 🙂

@ECC2 : Why do you need your EE a/c no.? Or is it your mobile no. that you are after?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Thanks Katie - I only need an email and password to log into my account.  But if I need to communicate about a problem with EE apparently I need an account number to hand in addition to mobile number etc.  Yes I could try 150 -  I normally find it difficult to get through on phones generally!  thanks for reminder

You shouldn't need your EE a/c no. to talk to CS. A phone no. would suffice. Not many peeps remember or have to hand their EE a/c no. I certainly don't!
