Can’t upgrade online

My contract ends on the 25th of Feb 2024, 150 tell me I can upgrade anytime but the app says that I can’t upgrade now. Anybody experienced this?

How Long?

Anyone know how long the app and website going to be down for? It seems like everytime I have tried to get on them recently they are always down for maintenance? Thanks
