How do I find out how long I have left on my flexiplan? The app doesn’t work as I no longer have a contract as such and every number I call to speak to someone isn’t working 🙄

What do you mean by no longer having a contract "as such"? If you mean that you're outside your minimum-term, then you still have a live contract.

@Kass2 If you’ve now reached and gone past your minimum term for the airtime contract you’re now on a 30 day rolling contract for that. The app will still work for you and will show how long you’ve got left for the device part of the contract.

My airtime contract has run out so I’m paying for just my phone on a flexiplan contract. My airtime is provided by Three on a sim only plan, which is why I’m unable to dial 150.
