I’ve been unable to log into the app or website to view my bills for months.
all I get when I try to log in are these:
Is anyone else having this issue?
I’ve called up and spoken to someone about getting my bills emailed to me and got told that isn’t an option and if I want my bills sent it will have to be via post which will incur a fee for back dated bills for the past 6 months I haven’t been able to view them online.
I'm getting really fed up and can’t wait to leave at the end of my contract the online services are the worst I’ve ever experienced.

@Troyston27 Call customer support and request that your account is reset. This error sometimes occurs when EE do account maintenance and an account reset is the only way to resolve it.
