Since yesterday I’ve been getting this error code when I open the app and I can’t access anything. I’m on an Apple device and I’ve tried reinstalling the app.

@Janesc Can you access your online account? If you can’t access this you’ll need to call customer services and request an account reset.

Which online account is that? I don’t recall having an EE account. And the error is preventing me from getting to a log on page even if I did.

I’m not sure if I’ve posted in the right place. The issue is with the EE TV app.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having problems using the EE Tv App. What Apple device are you trying to use the app on? Are you able to try a different device to see if you can access the app?
Do you currently have EE Tv as part of your package with EE or BT?

Thanks for your reply. It’s working today, EE must have fixed it in the background as I haven’t done anything different. I’m not with EE or BT.
