2nd October.
I can’t log into the EE website.
Every time I try to log in, an 01 code shows on the screens and the text “Internal error”.
Fortunately, I found that I could access and download my bill via the app.
Logging into the website never seems to go smoothly. I always seem to have to go through the username and password loop a couple of times before I can get into the website.
You’d think a tech company could do better than this.

I also have an issue recently when attempting to login to check my statements etc. I get the following OSM.
Ive tried Chrome & Edge browsers, same result and my login credentials are ok. Can someone help?

I have exactly the same problem as Lippo, but only in Microsoft Edge. I can access the website in Chrome no problem.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache from your Microsoft Edge browser?
Do you have your log in details saved?
