EE website and app

Gekmo
Explorer

OK, so firstly, for the past week I've been unable to upgrade using the website or the app... it loads me to a page telling me someone is working on fixing the issue; however, it has said that for me since Monday. i work 7 to 7, I have no time to go into the store to fix this.

If you suggest to me that I delete my browser cookies or cache, then just know I've already done so.

realistically the response I want to hear is that the site is giving issues to multiple people, so that i dont feel as if the issue is specific to me and actually will be fixed, but as i havent seen a formal/ offical notices that the site is having technical difficutilites i can only assume it's specific to me; and if its not then EE you need to do better at fixing high impact issues. @Gekmo : You'll rarely see such notices even when 100s of peeps have reported it. So it's probably not you!
