I had been logged into the app since getting my account, no issues!
But since August 2025 maybe a little later I have not been able to log into the app at all. I get passed the log in, and setting a passcode then it just keeps coming up with an error message.
phoned up and obviously complained about the issue as even when I log into the website I can’t see my bills or anything!
still no further forward

I’m sorry to hear you've been having issues logging in to the EE App.
As this has continued after speaking with our team and you're also unable to view your bills when logging in online, I’d recommend getting back in touch so our team can investigate further and escalate the issue if needed.
