My account is open, it's been running for a couple of years. I've only recently got the MyEe app, but it tells my account is closed. When I ask to see the final bill, they say there is a error on their side that they are working hard to fill. It's been the same for a couple of days.
I have a speech handicap and it's very difficult to make a phone call,ost operators just put down the phone after a few moments. So I need some sort of text based help.
