when I try to log into my EE store account either my private account or work account the password area is adding something in besides my password when I hit login it’s adding extra letters or characters to my password I can’t log in and I need to as I bought a digital phone with my work account and the phone has gone faulty and keeps rebooting every time you try to use it?!

no I can sign in to my EE account for my mobile it’s the EE/BT store that I’m having issues I have 2 accounts as I work for openreach and have a colleagues products discount account it’s both separate accounts I can’t log in and even if I auto fill or type in the password as I hit sign in the password box is filled with over 30 characters seems to be getting done by the site

I dunno what you mean by " the EE/BT store". Helpful if you gave URLs.

for some reason my colleagues account has disappeared as when I went forgot password my work email wasn’t registered so re registered and sorted now
