I have generate 3 perk codes for nhs. None are working on my update for a flex pay 24 month contract. There are no other discounts added. I have tried pasting and typing it in on mobile and desktop. Call centre were unable to say why not working. I have been advised to go to the store. Could anyone assist before I do this? Thanks

If this is not working for you online, I would advise calling us again on 150, and the team can get the code looked into and check if the plan is discounted already.

Managed to work it through over phone with discount added on once phone arrives. Thanks for the help
