Hi my ee perks code arent working just keeps saying invalid when I put it in on my boyfriends iPhone with sim only plan

Hi @Lyndsey2020 

The  Perk discount is eligible for new and existing EE customer on a consumer pay monthly phone, eligible SIM only or mobile broadband plan with a minimum term of at least 12 months.

If he currently has a phone plan you cannot upgrade to a SIM only plan and get this discount.
Please check if you've selected a promotional SIM Only plan, as the discount can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
