Airtime rewards

I claimed £10 in airtime rewards in March, and it appeared at the bottom of my EE mobile bill under the rewards section, however, the £10 was not subsequently deducted from the total bill. April, May and June bills have failed to take the £10 off either. Airtime rewards have advised to contact EE as the bill is showing that the reward has been claimed.

Hi @Luke44

Welcome to the community.

The bill should show your plan charge in full, and any discount with a negative figure. For example, -£10.00. Then it should show you the subtotal of the bill.

If you've checked this and it still doesn't look correct, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team so they can check from our side for you.

Hello, can you advise which options to use to speak to someone about this as I’ve called now and there doesn’t seem to be anything that matches the options when you call.

thanks
