I have not been able to use the app for almost 3 months now and I need the app top gift data to my family members. I have contacted EE for this and they said they would look into it but it still has not been resolved and they said I should call when I need data gifted however I cannot do this. So if this could be fixed as soon as possible I would be very happy.

If this is an account related issue then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Have they said anything about the reason?

They have said I have two accounts and they have to be merged and they would resolve it in a short time.
