I’ve joined ee this week and I’ve had about 6 texts to say log in to see my bill. I’ve tried the app and the website but both come up with error codes like E00001 or don’t show anything at all. How do I fix it? I’ve tried reinstalling the app.

It is great to have you on-board with EE, but I am sorry that you aren't able to view your bill.
Do you see the error messages as soon as you attempt to login or is it after you've logged in?
Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser or using another browser or device?
