If I have recently moved house. How do I change this or do I even need to change my living location?

@Johnt1911 you need to log into your online account in order to change your address and yes you do need to keep your account updated with your current address information. The reason for this is if you purchase anything from EE or EE need to send you a letter for whatever reason they need your address and this is got via your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
