EE Website keeps saying blocked

Hello,

Everytime I try and access the EE website, a white page comes up saying BLOCKED.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, logged on using laptop, even tried on my work computer. I've deleted cookies / cache etc and getting nowhere fast.

My account says used to say how much i had left to pay and now says i can get a free upgrade as I only have 3 months left, went through everything, all the checks to then get the blocked page.

Its getting extremely frustrating. Thanks

I had the EE website "BLOCKED" overnight on 1 browser out of 2 but it righted itself this A.M.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Still happening today - EE really need to get their web developers to resolve this issue, as it's now about to have it's 2nd birthday!

This is happening to me today constantly on the website and the app. Cleared browser history, installed and reinstalled the app and still happening! So frustrating

Hi @Binny76

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to access your account now?

I had this this morning on myu laptop via a browser after I successfully accessed my account to download a bill. I then tried to go back to 'home' so clicked on the EE logo. What seemed to occur was that the EE software went through a 'loop' trying to set up stats collectors, tiktok and various other behind the scenes marketing nonsense - that loop went on for a while - and then BLOCKED appeared. I would 'guess' that the blocked came up as the EE software saw it's own software loop 'bug' as some sort of service attack.

This is a bit insane as I was using my laptop as the EE app on my Android mobile won't login (comes up with 'Object Moved To Here' message and loops on log in screen - this has been reported to EE and seems (from Google) that it is a common issue) - seems like EE have a few bugs in their software.
