EE Website keeps saying blocked

Hello,

Everytime I try and access the EE website, a white page comes up saying BLOCKED.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, logged on using laptop, even tried on my work computer. I've deleted cookies / cache etc and getting nowhere fast.

My account says used to say how much i had left to pay and now says i can get a free upgrade as I only have 3 months left, went through everything, all the checks to then get the blocked page.

Its getting extremely frustrating. Thanks

Hi, mine is exactly the same. Started when I downloaded the new app. Phoned EE but they can't fix it. 

Did you get yours fixed?

Same problem here. Trying to sign up, but constantly getting BLOCKED on every page on the main site, even the home page.

Are you using VPN?

Can you try from another browser?

This is an obvious problem with EE - They are not interested in helping  - No point filling this thread with same questions.

I am sure its not a rocket science; or it may be for EE - Who knows!

Hi @EEumarislom1709,

I am sorry you are having this issue with the website. 

Have you been able to try loading the website on another browser and is the issue still there? And have you checked you have no VPN connection in place?

Which part of the website are you using when the blocked page comes up?

If your account has become locked when logging in, the best thing to do is clear the cookies and cache for the EE website from your browser and then click the Forgot your password link on the login page and follow the steps to setup a new password to remove the lock on your account and log back in.

This is still an ongoing issue – I don't use a VPN, I've tried with different browsers, I've disabled AdBlock... Nothing helps other than waiting a few hours.

Thanks for taking the time to flag this @StuE.

How is it you're connecting when getting this error, is it mobile data, EE WiFI, or a different provider?

Also if you change the connection type do you notice any change?
