Why does this app NEVER EVER WORK????????

I am sick of trying to do things on it and all it's says is we are working on it!!!!

Well can I suggest you work harder on it and quicker because as soon as I can I am moving to another provider

Welcome to the community,

I had that last night and earlier this morning, but it is fine now, as EE were obviously doing updates last night. If yours is still not working, you may need to ring customer service and ask them to reset your account again and it should then work.

Are you able to log-in via the website to your account?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

It does not work on the website either. I spoke to customer service and they assured me it was sorted but again it's not. I was trying to upgrade to WiFi plus but yet again it won't do it its so poor

I am sorry you are unable to access your EE account. 

Do you get an error message when you log in? 

Since you were advised this was sorted have you deleted and reinstalled the app?
