I have been With ee Since 2012 and in the last 18 months their service To me as a Customer Has become an absolute joke On free occasions now EE have contacted me but unfortunately unfortunately this has been when I was in work so I have asked them nicely to ring me back at certain times to which this has not happened Which is made it clear to me that’s being a long standing. Customer means nothing to the company. All they are after is your monthly payments. I recently Switched my broadband from BT to EE and have since had trouble I can’t find my broadband account on either the BT or EE App as both apps are always Under maintenance Or inaccessible Which is Coming A joke I’m not happy at all with the overall standards with both customer services And accessibility poor
