EE App confusion

My EE App is exhibiting very odd behaviour

When I start it, it seems to direct me to EE's website where I have to enter my username and password.

Then it invites me to set up the PIN for the App.

When I have done that I get to the information I need.

But when I return to the App I have to go through this rigmarole again, including setting up the PIN.

I am never asked to enter the PIN I set up each time.

How do I get back to the situation where I  opened the App, entered the PIN and saw my data?

@MartinGM  Are you login out of the app when you’re done with it ?  If you are don’t just close it 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am NOT logging out of the App, I am just closing it.

But when I go back to it I have to login again, and set the PIN -  which it fails to remember.

Also, the App is no longer available when I am offline.

Hi Katie,

I now have version 5.21.1 and its working !

Thank you, and I should have thought of that myself.

I have no idea why it didn't update automatically but any its OK now.
