Is this a new pay as you go SIM card that you are trying to link? 

Have you had an EE account previously?

I'm not troubleshooting the problem. I can see that this is a recurring issue, and not worth my time. Why would I waste time trying to sort this out when I can just get a different SIM with a different carrier?
