Account closing

Hi there on my app it says my account is closing and I’m wondering why, I still use my account and need to stop it from closing 

Essential work on app

When will this essential work finish? Ita not very convenient when you run your account through the app for it to be down for essential work and no way to access information or functions such as data gifting. Especially to not know about in advance
