Name changed itself for gifting

Hi, phone seems to have glitches, when gifting data it doesn’t use my name but someone off my contact list, the people I can gift data too are correct. Why is this? Has it happened to others? How can I fix it?

Loggin in

MyEE app is not working today. Is this just me?  And I can't get onto the webpage as I no longer have a landline and it's telling me it doesn't recognise my A/C number!! What's going on?
