Why is my App ALWAYS 'being improved 'NOT WORKING?

Everytime I log in there is a message

"Your App is being improved 

The My EE App is currently undergoing some last-minute maintenance to make sure it stays working at its best.

Don't worry you can still use iyour data and allowances,and your account will continue to function as normal.  Please bear with us while we finish our improvements as quickly as possible.  See you soon. "

Visit EE Community 

But this has been happening almost every time I log in for last 2 months ! 

I don't want to visit EE Community I want to check my family ee account.  Or we may as well all go back to paper bills and ringing in with every query. Texting for balances etc. Then we can get rid of the App all together. 

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the same. 

Can this be sorted.

Are you able to log in to your My EE online OK?

What version of the app do you have?
