EE App Loading Bug

Hi All
The EE app for me this morning is not loading get a welcome to EE and then get a spinning wheel of doom, I can see others with the same issues this morning, was working fine yesterday, seems to be since last night iOS update 18.0.1 anyone else see the same issues - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but you get the same

Yes, I'm just new to EE and had my broadband installed on Monday. I have the exact same issue, and need to clear the data/cache and I can then log in see my router and all details etc, go away for 20 mins and when open the app again - it's back to Welcome Andrew and perma spinny, very frustrating

Hi All
Just come over to EE from Vodafone the app for me doesn't work either. Get to set up app page then spinning disc of doom. Tried on tablet same issue, can use web page no problem. Seems the app is at fault. Cleared cache deleted app reinstall still same result .
Android OS 14 on Google Pixel pro 7

Same same same same. Please hurry up a fix it would be much appreciated. Problem kicked in after upgrade to iOS 18.0.1.

I get the same thing just swapped from Vodafone to EE and the EE app is useless cleared cache and data log in it works twenty mins later and spinning disc of doom just stays there. Seems there are less ads on this community with same problem. I'm on Android 14 Pixel 7 pro so it's not just iOS.

Same issue on iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 18.0.1.
I have signed a new contract with EE today and the app has been fine until now.
The only fix for me is to delete and reinstall the app, which forces me to authenticate each time, create a PIN code and then it works.
I can login to the website fine, whether the app works or not.

Issue is still occurring for me

- 'View My' Bill Page Not Loading in Contracts & Billing
- App not loading bill or package information in EE app and website
- Apple TV offer not activating. Problem for weeks in Offers & Add-ons
- We can't load this information. in Contracts & Billing
- I need to down load my invoices but my account has been deleted in EE app and website
