Hi All
The EE app for me this morning is not loading get a welcome to EE and then get a spinning wheel of doom, I can see others with the same issues this morning, was working fine yesterday, seems to be since last night iOS update 18.0.1 anyone else see the same issues - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but you get the same

Hi @seanf120 Amazing choice of device there, I can't wait to get my hands on the iPhone 16 at some point myself.
Have you managed to install updates on your device since you received it?

Hi, Hope that the app is fixed soon. Been going on for too long. The fix from the guides is to do a factory reset of your hub. This does not work and I lost all my contacts on home phone.
