Does anyone else find that they can't manage their bills on the App or website

I've been with EE  for some time now but I cannot find my bills on the App or Website. I have contacted EE on a number of occasions but with no joy. An agent suggested I get paper statements but I found I was paying more for them. 

Anyone else have the same issue?

@bobj619  open the EE app and under home scroll down to

 to see previous bills click manage then click billing then click see your plan and devices, then click see see details.  Then at the top you’ll see

click the down facing arrow and you get

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There's usually at least one report like that every day.

I was finding it impossible to view my bills online. EE offered me paper billing. They did not say that I would be charged bt I am being.

@cliveag1  that’s because to have itemised billing ( ie paper billing) there is a charge, and that’s what you got.
