Is there someone that can help me with this issue? Having same problem that a couple of other users have described on this forum. Have a 20% off discount code that I want to apply so can’t do the order over the phone

They'll be able to report the issue with the website and process your order manually. As the website wouldn't allow you to complete your order, they'll be able to arrange for your discount to be applied manually.

Did you put in your DoB correctly? seems stupid to ask, but it's worth checking, sometimes poorly coded websites default to yor DoB to the current date unless you change it

yeah tried all sorts: using the date picker, typing manually, etc.
