Email is not offered as it is insecure and they can’t validate they are talking to the right person.

Im having the very same problem been trying everyday for 3 days, need to tell them im moving home!!!

Good morning,

I spoke to one of your colleagues yesterday about my VERY expensive monthly bills when I’m SIM only and not using my storage. He told me that my monthly bills when would come down to £13. Then I was rudely cut off.

I am going to switch today unless this can be resolved.

Regards,

Tara

Please could someone call me? My parents are with giffgaff and only spend £8 a month?!…

I do NOT wish to use broadband etc as my partner is with another supplier which he wants me to switch to though as I’ve been with EE for so long I wish to have a more competitive deal with EE solely for my phone which is ridiculously expensive on a monthly basis. Please could you confirm what your colleague told me yesterday that my new monthly bills when I’m will be £13?

Thank you

Whatever deal you get from EE will go up £2.50 in April this year and £2.50 next year as it is very likely to be a 2 year contract. If you want EE coverage go to 1pmobile, they have no contract and no annual increases but run on EE.

Yeah I feel your pain, although try having a Skrill account that's got to be the worst customer service service,
