Hi,
My EE contract ended and I contacted customer service because my number disappeared from the EE app.
I was planning to move to a PAYG pack, but the agent offered me a monthly rolling contract at the same price as the PAYG pack.
She advised that:
However, the paperwork I received states 24 months.
When I queried this, the agent told me to ignore the 24 month wording!
Has anyone experienced something similar with EE? Should I contact EE again and ask for written confirmation that this is a rolling contract with no 24 month commitment?
I’m concerned this could cause problems later if the written terms are different.
Thanks.

Hey there, @Seniormido
Since switching to this plan, have you been able to see your number in the EE App again?
If you can, please log in and select Manage > Your number > Your mobile plan.
Once you scroll to here, it should show both a contract start date and a contract end date.
I have a rolling contract on my own account, and the end date for this shows as a month from when I first took it out.

I can see it now on EE app but I think the mobile plan is not ready yet. I will recheck after few days. Thanks.
