Paid bill but not saying I did on the app

Hello,so I paid by bill last night and it said it didn’t go through but the money has been taken from my account, does anyone know if it will appear on my account as being paid Monday or if they will refund me the money back into my bank account?

flex pay

I am about to upgrade which of course starts the new “flex pay” right now I can’t pay anything upfront to lower the monthly cost,, but next month I want to pay some extra to therefore lower the monthly payments is this something i can do?

Resolved! Upgrades

Hello, what’s with this new Flex pay upgrade plans. What happened to the old way of taking out a phone upgrade, is that option no longer feasible for new upgrades or all phone upgrades must be via flex pay option. 

Contract? Where is it.

I’ve trawled through the app and EE can you make it easier to view your plan/contract. I think I have a sim only deal but I can’t find the sim plan I’ve got.
