Resolved! £77.00 bill for cancelling within cooling off period

Can anyone help? I cancelled my contact a few days after I received my sim there were no charges. Why have I been charged £27 for the contract and £50 deposit? Will these charges drop off or will I have to pay £77 for something I’ve never used?
