I am logged into my online account but cannot for the life of me find anywhere that says live chat.

@Victoria189 : If you are on contract just click "Contact EE" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.

Are you in the UK or roaming?
Are you having this problem in one location or everywhere?

I done my upgrade on 21 September just wondering how long it takes for me to reserve it order number is
