Hello,
im trying to upgrade my contract on the website, due to difficult hearing. One thread told me to message UP to 150, which did not work so now im attempting to use the website.
im logged in, but it says “login to upgrade” no matter how many times I press this, it remains the same. One of the times it took me to the phones page, and It said it will check my eligibility which then sent me right back to the start.

Although we longer the option to speak to an guide to upgrade via text, we offer the option to make a text relay call using the Relay UK service, dial 18001 in front of the following number:
07953 966 150
Could I just double check, are you able to successfully log in to your online account, then get logged out again straight away?
