I have the app when I try to log in I type my email and password, and it brings me back to the log in page, I cleared cache and data and tried again, still the same issue, I then tried the website, I log in and it says there is an issue that ee is trying to resolve, but its been saying that for weeks
I'm reaching the end of my contract and am really considering going with another provider as I have had no end of issues with ee

No thanks, I don't do phonecalls, thats why I got the app, im sure they will find a way to fix it if they want paid, ill just get a new contract with a new network when this one stops

I’m having the same issues.
currently only on sim only so whe I get the chance I will be Cancelling and moving to a different network. Had enough simply. Been a customer for 7 years and we suddenly lose account access and get told not too sorry and that it’s a small issue. Pffff

What Chris B has neglected to add is, you need to set aside half a day ( and some Valium if you have it ) to get through to Customer Services.
If you have high blood pressure, don’t go anywhere near EE CS.
Better spend your time sorting out your sock drawer.

Have cleared cookies etc and updated app. Still no joy. Its just says this service isn't working. I can view my profile thats all.
