Can’t login on both app and website

Been trying to gift data to myself from but cannot access the app or website, as it says ‘sorry there seems to be a problem’ from many devices please help would be much appreciated

If you are having problems logging into your account, I would strongly advise you to ring customer support by pressing option 2 to get to one of the guides and ask them to refresh your account and then try registering once again via the app and/or website, this should resolve it, but please make sure you have the latest app.
