I have been trying for months to log in to the EE app on my mobile. I have repeatedly been kicked out and it says the service is not available at the moment. I have changed my password multiple times s and just don’t what else to do - any ideas please ?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your app, and I'd recommend deleting and reinstalling your app, and see if this helps. If you give this a try, or if this has already been unsuccessful, then give our team a call, and they will be happy to take a look.

Thankyou - I did try this but it didn’t fix the problem. I ended up contacting EE and someone helpfully called me back and is trying to help me fix the issue.
