I am unable to login to EE Perks. It says my account has been deactivated but I can't register as my details are already linked. I have called EE twice now, the first time I was told she would contact the Perks team for me which didn't happen and the second time I was given an email address employee.perks@ee.co.uk and told to email them. How stupid that if you don't log in at least once a year to perks they deactivate your account when most plans are for 2 years. How can I resolve this issue?
