There is no way to send a msg on the website........even 150 says I have no credit.........A call on a land line goes into bing-bong music & "all operators are busy ". I've bought a Tesco sim.....

Has the credit went towards purchasing a pack? If you text BALANCE to 150 does it report having any allowances? 07953 966 150 is the number to call us on from any other phone, is that what you are using as you should be able to get through on that number.
