I have a Pay as You Go sim card and whenever i try linking it, towards the end of the process it says "We're having trouble linking your products." I've tried again and again and still wont work.
It also already has £10 topped up in it apparently and I got it yesterday.

I did call them but they were no help as the system was down. Absolutely useless. Was told it could be 24 hours. Waited longer, still down

I recommend getting in touch now that the timescale has elapsed. The Mobile Care team will then be able to run through more troubleshooting to get to the bottom of the problem.
